The municipality
of Rogersville presently owns lots, reserved for industrial use only,
intended for entrepreneurs interested in establishing themselves in
the area. As an incentive, the price of the lot will be the cost it
takes to develop it... minus one thousand ($1 000.00) dollars, under
the condition that if the owner decides to sell, it is to be resold
to the municipality for the same price. |

intention of the municipality to put up a sign at the entrance of
the industrial park so each company will be able to publicize their
business. |

The sanitary
sewer system project under development for the area in question will
start in June and will be completed in October of 2004. |

lights will be installed at every second post and the street will
be covered with chip seal. |
