The
Picnic brings all kinds of fun to the whole community. There
is a bingo, bazaar, wheel of fortunes, crown and anchor,
penny sales, activities for children, plinko and much more. |

WOODSMAN FESTIVALS –
(4 JUILLET)

You
like competition? Come in Pleasant Ridge, just outside of
the Village of Rogersville to the woodsman festival competitions.
At this festival we show you how the life of a woodsman
is so important in the Acadian culture. This is a show not
to miss. |

CANADA DAY – (1
JUILLET)

 |
Come
to the Village of Rogesville to celebrate our country’s
Birthday. Throughout the day we have activities for everyone.
In the evening we start our annual P’tit Frolic which
is held every Wednesday night. |

COLLETTE PARISH PICNIC – (17

Every
year we take the time to celebrate the pride of our beautiful
community. We make sure that there is plenty of activities
for all ages. Come celebrate with us our pride, and our
“joie de vivre acadienne” |

BRUSSEL SPROUTS FESTIVAL –
(25 JUILLET - 1 AOUT) |

We
might not cultivate the Brussel sprout as we used to, but
we make sure not to forget the importance of this crop which
was a bread winner for many families in the area. Every
year we celebrate this important aspect of our local culture
through our festival. The parade, the bazaar, the giant
bingo, the poker rally and not to forget our numerous bands
and shows from local musicians entertain the crowds here
in Rogersville. Come one come all to celebrate with old
friends, and new ones to the Brussel Sprouts Festival |

NOTRE-DAME DE L’ASSOMPTION NOVENA
– (6 - 15 AOÛT)

This event
is significant in the Rogersville area because of the Assumption
National Monument. Hundreds of pilgrims gather around the
monument during the nine day celebrations and the preacher
this year is Ulysses LeBlanc. |

ACADIAN DAY –
(15 AOÛT 2010)

The Acadian day is a great
day to celebrate the pride of being an Acadian. The Rogersville
community marks this day especially with activities all
day. Come celebrate with us! |

BLUEGRASS HOMECOMING FESTIVAL
– (27 - 28, ET 29 AOÛT)

The
Homecoming Bluegrass Festival is one of the biggest bluegrass
events in New Brunswick. Talents from all over the province
and throughout Atlantic Canada come to this event. Every second
year, Bluegrass legend Rhonda Vincent makes a visit to entertain
the crowd. |

ACADIEVILLE PARISH PICNIC –

Here
comes a special time to do a gathering. Games, poutines,
music, tournaments of all kinds are organized so people
from all over the region come and enjoy themselves with
old friends. |

Musicians, artists from the area offer you entertainment.
It happens every Wednesday night on the rectory property. |
